Terms and Conditions

Terms of Service

1. General
1.1 - By ordering a commission you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Not reading these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy does not exempt client from the rules and bindings.1.2 - By ordering a commission you declare that you are at least 18 years of age.1.3 - I reserve right to not accept your commission order without any reason or explanation.1.4 - I reserve right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence orders started on older terms.1.5 - The product provided is a digital file. No physical copy will be shipped.
2. Openings and Ordering
2.1 - I am open for commissions unless otherwise declared.2.2 - I generally operate on "first come, first serve" basis. Exceptions to this include time-sensitive orders (inc. additional fee). I will inform my clients of possible delays to their orders, if they occur.2.3 - I will give an estimate on completion time of the order, based on the overall complexicity and potential issues or events in my private life at the time of the order. Date given will be an estimate, but I will inform of possible delays.2.4 - If I am working on multiple commissions simultaneously, the client will be informed of their position in the queue and the effect of that on the completion date estimate. Details of other commissions will not be declared.2.5 - If order involves multiple people, all communication with me has to be handled via one representative. I will engage with only this representative about updates and issues regarding the commission.2.6 - The language used in communication between the client and I must be either English or Finnish. If neither of these are available to the client, it is up to them to find a representative, who is able to communicate in either of the aforementioned languages. Machine translations will not be accepted, and will result in termination of the commission order.2.7 - Commission description should contain visual reference of the character(s) involved, and a brief description of desired pose, view, or action.2.8 - Reference should be written in English or Finnish, or have an accurate English translation included.2.9 - By providing me with the references for your commission you declare that you have full copyrights or the owner’s permission for usage of the character design depicted on those references, or that their source material allows for-profit fanart (most popular culture). On failure, the client will be held accountable for any and all repercussions.

3. Payments and Refunds
3.1 - All payments must be made via PayPal.3.2 - Invoice will be sent once the sketch is approved by client. After the invoice is paid, the work will continue.3.3 - All invoices are due within 7 days from receiving them. Invoices past the due date will be cancelled, also cancelling the commission associated to it.3.4 - Payments without prior invoice won't be accepted. Please include your PayPal address, so invoice can be prepared and sent.3.5 - No refund upon request will be issued after start of work. No refund will be issued after the completion of work. All sales are final.3.6 - If I cancel the commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
4. Creation process, Revisions, Deadlines
4.1 - Deadline, if desired, has to be communicated and agreed on before the start of work. Deadlines come with additional fees. I reserve the right to refuse a commission with a deadline.4.2 - Upon receiving references and description of the commission, I will draw a sketch. During this phase, the client may request both minor and major alterations to the sketch at no additional cost.4.3 - Further updates on work in progress may be provided on client's request.4.4 - Final edits, tweaks and adjustments are accepted, but any major revisions past the sketch phase are charged accordingly on a case-by-case basis.4.5 - Any additional work outside of initial project can be refused, or will be quoted and charged for accordingly.4.6 - Unless client specifically asks not to, the workflow may be livestreamed partially or in full.
5. Image rights
5.1 - As the artist, I retain all rights to artwork I've created. I reserve right to repost, use and sell created art in digital or physical forms. Profits will not be shared.5.2 - Clients may repost art they've commissioned, as long as credit is given and no profits are gained.5.3 - I do not claim any rights to characters and other intellectual properties used in process of creation.5.4 - If commissioned artwork is intended for commercial use (for example, merchandise), it must be disclosed upon ordering. This will affect pricing.5.5 - The client may not remove my signature on the artwork.5.6 - Client has the right for personal use of the commissioned artwork.5.7 - Under no circumstances may the commission be submitted to any kind of contest.
6. Other
6.1 - Please respect my work-life balance. Me being active on Steam, Discord or Twitter does not mean that I'm slacking.6.2 - I'm not opposed to drawing controversial subjects, but it doesn't equate to condoning it in real life.6.3 - I will not draw subjects that are considered derogatory or hateful.

Privacy Policy

I use the information provided by the client during the process of the order (nickname, e-mail address) to communicate with the client and create and send invoices via PayPal. No other information is collected, stored, or shared with third parties. Please refer to PayPal's privacy policy for details on services they provide.

No data provided by the client will be used for marketing purposes.

Present Privacy Policy is subject to changes at any time at my sole discretion.
